Inspire, Curl, Create :)

"Get your pen and answersheet ready students, the bell will ring in a while" was the only use of paper in say 50's or 60's! And now? the world is built of papers,we can say! Paper-buildings, paper-trees, paper-roads, paper-furniture, paper-birds, paper-flowers and paper-fruits! haha! paper paper everywhere!!

well, jokes apart, but more than 99 MILLION TONS of paper and paperboards are being used by "non-paper-human being"!! Today, Paper has become "the all purpose" thing!

Imagine sitting at your kitchen table, with some narrow strips of colored papers and a tool that looks like a hat pin with handle and a small bottle of craft glue!

I am already in Love with those pretty creations!!

AND!! "Quilling" is an art that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs..

and believe me, you can do annyyything with those paper strips! ANYTHING!! Greeting cards, flower pots, animals, bookmarks, birthday gifts, envelopes, jewels and sooo many things!! You can make all that you can imagine!

Paper Quilling Kits are available in market! Go, Get one for you and get started :D

P.S = Personally speaking, I love this art!! :D

For the love of Crayons..

So ChilBiLls.. wats new?

My first post of this very new blog is for the love of crayons.. <3
pretty little color sticks! One stroke and life becomes so colorful! Black, brown, blue, red, purple, orange, yellow, and green..

Europe is considered as the birthplace of these magic wands.. so we must thank those Europeans for filling this world with adorable colors!

As per the surveys and studies, Children ages two through eight spend an average of twenty-eight minutes a day coloring. That equals 6.3 BILLION HOURS spent coloring annually! Can you believe this?? :D

AWESOMENESS!!!

My earliest memories of making art involve the use of wax crayons. I can still remember the pleasure of opening a new box of crayons !! the distinct smell of the wax, the beautifully colored tips, everything still perfect and unused..

Using the first crayon from a new box always gave me a slight pain though...

Because of the three-dimensional nature of the crayons, the individual surface images appears to change form as one rolls the stick... The images completely disappear when viewed from close up, allowing one to read the horizontally sequenced crayon text and to take in the beautifully colored crayon tips --

--all the while being reminded of that first box of crayons.. <3
